We’ve written them in straightforward language because we believe you should actually understand what you’re agreeing to, not just click past it.

1. Agreement to These Terms — What "Using the Site" Means

By accessing or using UAE Job Hub — that includes visiting any page on the website, browsing job listings, using the search function, applying for a job, subscribing to email alerts, reading articles, or interacting with the site in any way — you’re agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. We know that sounds formal, but the practical meaning is straightforward: these are the rules of using the site. If you continue to use UAE Job Hub, you accept them. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, the correct course of action is to stop using the website. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses UAE Job Hub in any capacity. They work in combination with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer — together, these three documents form the complete legal agreement between you and UAE Job Hub. No account registration is required to use this site. You don’t need to sign in, create a profile, or agree to anything by clicking a checkbox. Your agreement to these terms is implied by your continued use of the website — which is standard for most websites you visit every day.

2. Who Can Use UAE Job Hub — Eligibility Requirements

UAE Job Hub is designed for adults who are seeking employment in the United Arab Emirates. To use this website, you must meet the following requirements:
  • You must be at least 18 years old. This is a professional employment platform, and under UAE labour law, the legal minimum working age is 18 for most employment categories. We do not knowingly provide services to minors, and if we discover that someone under 18 has used the site to apply for a job, we will delete their data immediately.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using this site, you’re confirming that you have the legal right and ability to agree to these terms. If you’re accessing the site on behalf of someone else, you’re confirming you have the authority to bind that person to these terms as well.
  • You must not be prohibited from using the site. If we’ve previously restricted or terminated your access to UAE Job Hub (for reasons outlined in Section 13), you are not permitted to return under a different identity or through a different device.
There are no geographic restrictions — you can access UAE Job Hub from anywhere in the world. However, the job listings are focused exclusively on employment opportunities within the United Arab Emirates. You don’t need to be a UAE resident or visa holder to browse listings or apply for jobs. Many positions listed on our site are open to international candidates who would relocate to the UAE upon being hired.

3. What UAE Job Hub Is (And What It Isn't)

Setting the right expectations matters. Let us be very specific about what UAE Job Hub is and what it is not — because misunderstanding this leads to frustration, and we’d rather prevent that upfront.

What we are

UAE Job Hub is a free job listing and discovery platform focused exclusively on employment opportunities in the United Arab Emirates. The website is owned and operated by a single administrator. Every job listing is researched, reviewed, and published by us — not by employers directly. There is no employer portal, no recruiter access, and no third-party posting capabilities. Our purpose is simple: help people find legitimate job opportunities across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah. We also publish career advice, salary guides, interview tips, and other content designed to support your job search. The site is completely free for job seekers. There is no charge to browse listings, apply for positions, subscribe to job alerts, or access any feature on the site. We have never charged job seekers and we never will.

What we are not

  • We are not a recruitment agency. We don’t recruit, shortlist, interview, or hire anyone. All hiring decisions are made exclusively by the employer.
  • We are not an employer. There is no employment relationship between UAE Job Hub and any job seeker who uses this site.
  • We are not a staffing firm. We don’t place candidates in positions, negotiate contracts, or manage onboarding processes.
  • We are not a legal or immigration service. Information about UAE employment law or visa processes on this site is general information only — not personalised advice.
  • We are not a guarantor of job outcomes. Applying for a job through our site does not guarantee a response, an interview, or an offer. See our Disclaimer for full details on this.

4. Your Responsibilities as a User

Using UAE Job Hub comes with certain responsibilities on your end. These aren’t unreasonable demands — they’re basic expectations that protect everyone who uses the site, including you. When you use this website, you agree to:
  • Use the site for its intended purpose — Finding and applying for legitimate employment opportunities in the UAE. That’s what it’s built for.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information — Everything you submit through the site — whether it’s a job application, a contact form message, or an email to us — must be honest, accurate, and not misleading. This is especially critical for job applications (see Section 5).
  • Respect other people’s rights — Don’t impersonate anyone, don’t use someone else’s CV or credentials, and don’t interfere with other users’ ability to use the site.
  • Follow applicable laws — Your use of UAE Job Hub must comply with all applicable laws, including UAE federal law, the laws of the emirate you’re in, and the laws of your own country if you’re accessing the site from outside the UAE.
  • Not attempt to damage or disrupt the site — Don’t try to hack, overload, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the website’s functionality or infrastructure.
  • Accept responsibility for your own decisions — The information on this site helps you find opportunities, but the decision to apply, accept an offer, relocate, or resign from your current job is yours. We can’t be held responsible for the consequences of those decisions.
These responsibilities apply regardless of how you access the site — whether through a desktop computer, mobile phone, tablet, or any other device.

5. Job Applications — Rules and Expectations

When you apply for a job through UAE Job Hub, you’re entering into a specific interaction that involves sharing personal information. Here are the terms that govern that process:

Accuracy and honesty

Everything you submit in a job application — your name, contact details, work experience, qualifications, CV, and any other information — must be truthful, accurate, and your own. Specifically:
  • You must not fabricate or exaggerate your qualifications, work history, or skills
  • You must not submit a CV or cover letter that belongs to another person
  • You must not use fake contact details or a false identity
  • You must not claim qualifications or certifications you don’t actually hold
Submitting false information is a violation of these Terms of Service and may result in your application being deleted and your access to the site being restricted. It may also have legal consequences under UAE law — providing fraudulent information in employment applications is taken seriously in this jurisdiction.

What happens to your application data

When you submit a job application, your personal information is forwarded to the employer who posted the listing. We also retain a copy on our system for a limited time (12 months) for administrative purposes. Full details on data handling, storage, retention, and your rights are covered in our Privacy Policy.

No guarantee of delivery or response

While we take reasonable steps to ensure your application reaches the employer, we cannot absolutely guarantee delivery. Email systems can fail, employer inboxes can be full, and technical issues can occur. We also have no control over whether the employer reviews your application, responds to it, or takes any action on it.

Your application, your responsibility

Once your application has been forwarded to the employer, any relationship or communication that develops is between you and the employer. UAE Job Hub is not a party to that relationship, has no influence over the employer’s decisions, and bears no responsibility for the outcome.

6. Job Alert Email Subscriptions

UAE Job Hub offers a free email alert service. When you subscribe, you provide your email address and optionally set preferences (like job category, location, or keywords). We use this information for one purpose: sending you an email notification when a matching job is posted. Here’s what you should know about this service:
  • It’s completely free. There’s no charge to subscribe, and there never will be.
  • We only send job-related notifications. You won’t receive marketing emails, promotional offers from third parties, or anything unrelated to your job search preferences.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time. Every alert email contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you from the list immediately — no confirmation steps, no waiting period.
  • We don’t share your email with anyone. Your email address is used by our email delivery provider to send alerts and by us for administrative purposes. It’s never sold, rented, traded, or shared with employers, recruiters, or any third party.
  • You must provide a valid email address. Subscribing with fake, temporary, or someone else’s email address is not permitted.
  • We can’t guarantee every matching job will trigger an alert. While we do our best to match alerts to your preferences, the system may occasionally miss a relevant listing or include one that’s not a perfect fit.

7. Intellectual Property — Who Owns What

Intellectual property might sound like dry legal territory, but it’s actually straightforward. Here’s who owns what:

All original content created by UAE Job Hub — including but not limited to job listing descriptions written by us, career advice articles, salary guides, interview tips, page layouts, the site design, the UAE Job Hub name, logo, branding, colour scheme, and the overall look and feel of the website — is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright law. You may not:
  • Copy, reproduce, or republish our content on another website or platform
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically download content from the site
  • Use our name, logo, or branding in a way that implies affiliation or endorsement
  • Create derivative works based on our original content without permission

What belongs to employers

Employer names, company logos, trademarks, and brand identities that appear alongside job listings belong to their respective owners. We use them solely for identification purposes to help you understand who posted each job. Their appearance on our site does not indicate any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.

What belongs to you

Your personal data — your CV, cover letter, contact information, and application details — remains yours. When you submit it through our site, you’re granting us a limited licence to use it for the specific purpose of forwarding it to the relevant employer and maintaining administrative records as described in our Privacy Policy. We don’t claim ownership of your personal information.

Fair use

You’re welcome to share a link to any page on UAE Job Hub — we actually encourage that. Sharing a URL on social media, in a message to a friend, or in a forum is perfectly fine. What’s not fine is copying our content and presenting it as your own.

8. Prohibited Uses — What You Cannot Do on This Site

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of them is a violation of these Terms of Service and may result in immediate termination of your access, reporting to relevant authorities, or both.
  • Submitting fake, fraudulent, or misleading job applications — This wastes employers’ time and undermines the platform for genuine job seekers
  • Impersonating another person or entity — Pretending to be someone you’re not, whether in an application or in any communication through the site
  • Scraping, crawling, or systematically downloading content — Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to extract data from the site is not permitted. This includes job listing data, email addresses, or any other content.
  • Attempting to hack, compromise, or overload the site — Any activity designed to disrupt the website’s functionality, gain unauthorised access to systems, or degrade performance for other users
  • Posting or transmitting malicious code — Including viruses, malware, trojans, ransomware, or any other harmful software through any submission form on the site
  • Using the site to spam or send unsolicited messages — Including using contact information found through the site to send marketing, scam, or nuisance communications
  • Using the site for any illegal purpose — Any activity that violates UAE law, international law, or the laws of your jurisdiction
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer the website — Decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code or underlying technology
  • Republishing content without permission — Copying our articles, job descriptions, or other original content to another platform without written consent
  • Using the site to collect personal data about other users — If you somehow gain access to information about other applicants, using it for any purpose is strictly forbidden
We monitor for these activities and take them seriously. If we detect a violation, we’ll take whatever action is appropriate — which may range from removing your application data to permanently blocking your access to the site and reporting the matter to UAE authorities.

9. Third-Party Websites and Content

UAE Job Hub may contain links to third-party websites — most commonly an employer’s own careers page. These links are provided for your convenience and do not indicate endorsement, partnership, or any form of affiliation. When you click an external link and leave our website, you’re entering a different site with its own terms of service, privacy policy, and security practices. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, functionality, or data handling practices. We make reasonable efforts to link only to legitimate websites, but we don’t monitor external sites in real time. If you find a broken or suspicious link, please report it to info@uaejobhub.com.

10. Advertising on UAE Job Hub

As of June 2025, UAE Job Hub does not display any advertisements. The site is completely ad-free. We plan to introduce Google AdSense advertising in the future. When that happens:
  • Ads will be clearly distinguished from job listings and editorial content
  • Job listings will never be paid placements — their order is determined by posting date and relevance, not money
  • We will not endorse any advertised product or service
  • Google will control which ads appear — not us
  • This page and our Privacy Policy will be updated before ads go live

11. Limitation of Liability

This is the section where we need to be clear about what UAE Job Hub can and cannot be held responsible for. We know it’s not the most exciting reading, but it’s important. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, UAE Job Hub and its owner shall not be liable for any:
  • Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) this website
  • Loss of income, revenue, employment opportunity, or profit — whether actual or anticipated — resulting from your use of this site
  • Damages arising from any interruption, error, defect, virus, or failure of the website
  • Damages arising from the actions, decisions, or data handling practices of any employer you connect with through this site
  • Loss or damage resulting from reliance on any information, job listing, salary data, or career advice content found on this website
In plain English: we provide a free platform to help you find jobs. We do our best to make it useful and reliable. But we can’t be financially responsible for the outcomes of your job search, the actions of employers, or decisions you make based on information you found here. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

12. Indemnification — Your Agreement to Hold Us Harmless

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UAE Job Hub and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
  • Your use of the website
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any third party’s rights
  • Any false, misleading, or inaccurate information you submitted through the site
  • Any dispute between you and an employer connected through this platform
In plain language: if your actions on or through this site cause us to face legal claims or financial loss, you agree to take responsibility for that.

13. Termination and Access Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to UAE Job Hub at any time, without prior notice, for any reason we deem appropriate — including but not limited to:
  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Submitting fraudulent or fake applications
  • Engaging in prohibited activities listed in Section 8
  • Using the site in a way that damages or disrupts service for other users
  • Any behaviour we consider harmful to the site’s integrity or reputation
If your access is terminated, you must immediately cease all use of the site. We may also delete any application data associated with your activity. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and governing law) will continue to apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do:
  • The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will change
  • For significant changes that affect your rights or obligations, we’ll post a visible notice on the website
  • If we have your email (from job alerts), we may notify you directly about major changes
Your continued use of UAE Job Hub after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any change, stop using the site and contact us to request deletion of your data. We encourage you to revisit this page periodically if you’re a regular user of the site.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of UAE Job Hub, or relating to these Terms, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai, UAE. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at contact@uaejobhub.com to discuss the matter. Many disputes can be resolved through straightforward communication — and we’re always willing to try that first.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court, that specific provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable — or, if that’s not possible, it will be removed. All remaining provisions will continue to be fully valid and enforceable. In simple terms: if one part of these terms doesn’t hold up legally, the rest still stands.
