We reply within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Weekend and public holiday messages are answered on the next working day. Reports of suspicious or fake listings are treated as urgent and prioritised for a response within 24 hours.
Absolutely — and we take every report seriously. Select “Report a Suspicious / Fake Job Listing” in the Subject dropdown above. Include the job title and the page URL if possible. We investigate immediately and remove any listing that does not pass our verification check.
Yes. All employers on UAE Job Hub are vetted before their roles are published. If you applied and received no response within 14 days, contact us and select “Applied for a Job — No Reply Received”. Include the job title and date of application. We will follow up with the employer on your behalf.
UAE Job Hub does not currently have a self-service employer portal. All listings are manually sourced and reviewed by our team before publishing. If you are an employer, please use the contact form and select “Employer / Recruiter Enquiry” — we review all employer outreach individually.
