There’s no employer portal, no recruiter accounts, and no third-party access. Every single job listing on this website is researched, verified, and published by us — the site owner. That means we have direct control over what goes up, and nothing gets posted without being checked first.
When you visit the site, you’re here to do one thing — find a job. You might browse listings, search by location or industry, sign up for email alerts, or apply directly to a position. This privacy policy explains what happens with your information during each of those interactions.

This is where the most personal information comes in. When you see a job listing that interests you and click “Apply Now,” you’ll be asked to fill in an application form. Everything you enter into that form gets sent to us, and from there, we forward it to the employer who posted the position.
We want to be completely transparent about what fields are on that form and why each one exists. None of these fields are there as filler — every one serves a practical purpose in the hiring process:

Your Data Stays Where You Send It
When you apply for a specific job, your CV and personal details are shared only with the employer for that particular position. We never distribute your application to other employers, sell it to recruiters, bundle it into a database, or use it for any purpose other than what you intended — getting your application to the right employer.
After You Hit Submit — What Happens Next
Once you submit your application, here’s the exact chain of events:
- Your application data is received by our system
- We forward it to the employer who posted that specific job listing
- A copy is stored on our system for a limited time (12 months — see Section 8 for full details)
- We use the stored copy only if you contact us with a question about your application, or for basic administrative record-keeping
Job Alert Email Subscriptions
If you sign up for job alerts, we collect your email address and whatever search preferences you set (for example, “accounting jobs in Dubai” or “IT jobs in Abu Dhabi”). We use this information for one purpose only — sending you an email when a matching job gets posted.
We won’t send you marketing emails, promotional offers from third parties, or anything other than the job alerts you asked for. And you can unsubscribe instantly by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any alert email. It takes effect immediately — no “processing period” or hoops to jump through.
4. Exactly How We Use Your Information
We want to be specific here — not vague. A lot of privacy policies say things like “we may use your data to improve our services” without explaining what that actually means. Here’s our complete list, and there’s nothing hidden behind it:
- To deliver your job application to the right employer — This is the primary reason we collect application data. You apply, we forward it. That’s the core function.
- To send you job alert emails you subscribed to — If you signed up for notifications, we email you when matching jobs go live. We don’t email you about anything else unless you’ve specifically asked.
- To keep the website running properly — Technical data like browser type and device information helps us ensure pages load correctly and features work as intended.
- To understand how people use the site — We look at aggregated, anonymized analytics to understand things like which job categories are most popular, which pages have the highest bounce rates, and where users tend to drop off. This helps us make the site better for everyone.
- To protect against spam, bots, and fraudulent activity — We monitor traffic patterns and form submissions to catch automated spam and protect the integrity of our job listings.
- To reply when you contact us — If you send us a message through the contact page or email us directly, we use your contact details to respond. That’s it.

The ads are served by Google’s own systems — we don’t choose which specific ads appear. The Employer You Applied To
When you submit a job application, your details go to one place: the employer who posted that specific listing. That includes your name, email, phone number, CV, and whatever else you filled in on the application form. This is the whole reason the application exists, so it’s essential. Once the employer receives your information, their own privacy practices govern what happens next. 10. How We Keep Your Data Safe
Security isn’t something we treat as an afterthought. Here are the measures we have in place:
- HTTPS encryption across the entire site — every page uses SSL/TLS, which means data traveling between your browser and our servers is encrypted. You’ll see the padlock icon in your browser’s address bar.

We strongly recommend not including highly sensitive personal details in your CV. Information like your Emirates ID number, passport number, bank account details, or personal photographs aren’t needed for a job application and create unnecessary risk if the document is ever seen by the wrong person. Stick to professionally relevant information — your experience, skills, qualifications, and contact details are all an employer needs to evaluate your candidacy.
11. Children's Privacy
UAE Job Hub is a professional employment platform designed exclusively for working-age adults. This website is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from children or minors.
If we ever discover that we’ve inadvertently received data from someone under 18 — whether through a job application, job alert signup, or contact form — we will delete that data immediately and completely.
If you’re a parent, guardian, or anyone who believes a minor has submitted personal information through our site, please reach out to us right away at contact@uaejobhub.com. We take this seriously and will act quickly.
12. Links to External Websites
Some of our job listings may include links to an employer’s own website or their external application portal. When you click one of those links and leave UAE Job Hub, you’re entering a different website entirely — one that we don’t own, operate, or control.
Once you’re on another site, our Privacy Policy stops applying. That website’s own privacy practices take over. We strongly recommend checking the privacy policy of any external site before submitting personal information, especially if you’re uploading your CV or sharing contact details.
We do our best to link only to legitimate, reputable employers, but we can’t be responsible for how third-party websites handle your data after you leave our platform.

The internet doesn’t stand still, and neither do privacy regulations. We’ll update this policy whenever something meaningful changes — for example:
- When we activate Google AdSense and advertising appears on the site
