Disclaimer — UAE Job Hub

This page explains the limits of what UAE Job Hub can promise, guarantee, or be held responsible for. We’ve written it in plain language so there are no surprises — covering job listing accuracy, hiring outcomes, salary information, employer details, advertising, scam warnings, and everything in between. If you’re using this website to search or apply for jobs in the UAE, please take a few minutes to read this.

1. General Disclaimer — The Big Picture

Everything on UAE Job Hub — every job listing, every article, every piece of career advice, every salary figure — is provided in good faith and for general informational purposes. We put genuine effort into making this site useful, accurate, and trustworthy. But we need to be honest with you about what that means and what it doesn’t. We don’t make formal guarantees — express or implied — about the completeness, reliability, or pinpoint accuracy of everything on this website. The UAE job market moves fast. Listings fill up overnight, salaries shift with market conditions, and employer details change without warning. We do our best to stay current, but there will always be a gap between when information is published and when you’re reading it. Your use of this website is at your own discretion and risk. We can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, or consequential — that might result from decisions you make based on information found here. That covers everything from job application outcomes and employment decisions to salary expectations and career moves. To put it simply: UAE Job Hub is a tool to help you discover job opportunities across the UAE. It’s not a substitute for your own research, your own judgement, or professional advice from qualified experts. We’re here to make your job search easier, but the final decisions — and the responsibility that comes with them — are yours.

2. Job Listings — What We Can and Can't Guarantee

Let us tell you exactly how our job listings work, because understanding this will set the right expectations. Every single job listing on UAE Job Hub is reviewed by the site administrator before it goes live. We check for obvious red flags — things like unrealistic salary promises, vague company details, or anything that looks like it might be a scam. We verify basic employer information where possible, and we actively remove listings that turn out to be suspicious or fraudulent. But here’s the reality: we’re a single-administrator platform, and there are genuine limits to what one person can verify about every aspect of every listing. The UAE job market has thousands of companies across dozens of industries, and things change fast.

Specifically, here’s what we cannot guarantee about any listing

  • That the position is still open — Jobs in the UAE can fill within days or even hours. An employer may have hired someone between when we posted the listing and when you’re reading it. We update and remove listings as we become aware of changes, but there’s always a time lag.
  • That every detail is precisely accurate right now — Job titles, salary ranges, working conditions, required qualifications, and reporting structures can all change on the employer’s end without them notifying us. The listing reflects the information we had at the time of publishing.
  • That every employer has been formally or legally verified — We check what we can, but we don’t have the resources to conduct full legal due diligence on every company. We can’t verify trade licences, confirm company registration details, or audit financial standing.
  • That all contact details are current — Email addresses, phone numbers, and office locations provided by employers can change. If a contact detail doesn’t work, try reaching the employer through their official website.
  • That a listing hasn’t been submitted fraudulently — Despite our best efforts, it’s possible for someone to impersonate a legitimate employer. This is why we include a detailed scam warning in Section 12 of this page.
If you spot an error in any listing — wrong location, outdated salary, closed position, incorrect employer name — please email us at info@uaejobhub.com and we’ll investigate and correct or remove it promptly. We genuinely appreciate people who take the time to flag these things.

3. No Hiring Guarantee — Why We Can't Promise You a Job

This is probably the most important section on this entire page, so let us be absolutely clear about it. Applying for a job through UAE Job Hub does not guarantee that you will receive a response, get invited to an interview, or receive a job offer. It never has, and it never will — because that’s not how hiring works, and it’s not a promise any job platform can honestly make. Here’s why: hiring decisions are made entirely by the employer. UAE Job Hub plays absolutely no role in shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating applications, or selecting who gets hired. We’re a platform that connects you with opportunities — think of us as a bridge between you and the employer. What happens on the other side of that bridge is completely outside our control. There are countless factors that influence whether your application leads somewhere:
  • The number of applications the employer received for that particular role
  • The employer’s internal hiring criteria, which may not be fully described in the listing
  • Budget changes, restructuring, or hiring freezes within the company
  • Whether the role was filled before your application was reviewed
  • How well your experience matches what the employer is specifically looking for
  • Timing — some employers review applications weekly, others take months
None of these factors are within our control, and we have zero visibility into any employer’s internal decision-making process. We also want to be upfront about what we can’t do after you’ve applied:
  • We can’t follow up with the employer on your behalf
  • We can’t check the status of your application
  • We can’t influence, expedite, or change the outcome in any way
  • We can’t provide feedback on why an employer didn’t respond
If you haven’t heard back from an employer within two to three weeks, it’s generally safe to assume they’ve moved forward with other candidates. That’s the reality of the job market — not a reflection of your worth as a professional.

4. Salary Information — Why These Numbers Are Estimates

Salary is usually the first thing people look at in a job listing, so let’s be transparent about what those numbers actually represent. Salary figures shown on UAE Job Hub — whether in individual job listings or in our broader salary guides and comparison content — are indicative ranges only. They represent the typical compensation associated with that role, industry, and location at the time the information was gathered. They are not guaranteed figures, and they are not binding offers from any employer. The actual salary you receive (if hired) will depend on a range of variables that UAE Job Hub has absolutely no visibility into:
  • Your individual experience, qualifications, and negotiation skills — Two people applying for the same role can end up with significantly different offers based on their backgrounds
  • The employer’s internal pay scales and HR policies — Some companies have rigid pay bands, others are more flexible
  • Whether the stated figure includes or excludes allowances — In the UAE, total compensation often includes housing allowance, transport allowance, annual flights, insurance, and other benefits that may or may not be reflected in the “salary” number
  • Whether the figure is gross or net — While the UAE has no personal income tax (a significant advantage), employers sometimes quote figures differently
  • Commission and bonus structures — Some roles have a lower base salary but significant performance-based earnings that aren’t captured in a single number
  • Market shifts — The data we use may reflect conditions at the time of research. By the time you’re reading it, market conditions in a specific sector or emirate may have changed
Our salary data for guides and comparison content comes from publicly available sources, industry research, and aggregated job market data. We present it to give you a general sense of what to expect — not as a reliable benchmark for any specific negotiation. Bottom line: Use salary figures on this site as a starting point for your own research, not as the final word. When you reach the offer stage with an employer, negotiate based on your own value, the complete compensation package being offered, and current market conditions.

5. Employer Information — What Appearing on Our Site Means (And Doesn't Mean)

When a company’s name appears alongside a job listing on this site, it’s there for one reason: identification. The name and any associated company details (logo, description, industry, location) help you understand who posted the opportunity and make an informed decision about whether to apply. But the presence of a company on UAE Job Hub does not mean:
  • That we endorse their business practices, culture, or working conditions — We don’t have inside knowledge of what it’s actually like to work at any company listed here
  • That the employer has partnered with or paid UAE Job Hub — Listings appear based on our editorial research, not commercial arrangements. Companies don’t pay us to list their jobs.
  • That we’ve verified their legal status in the UAE — We don’t check trade licences, confirm business registrations with the Department of Economic Development, or audit any company’s legal standing
  • That their company information is current — Addresses, phone numbers, employee headcount, and other company details can change without our knowledge
  • That we have any relationship with them whatsoever — Employer names, logos, and trademarks remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. We use them solely for identification purposes.
Our recommendation: If you’re applying to a company you’re not already familiar with, take fifteen minutes to research them independently before attending an interview or signing anything. Check their official website, look up their LinkedIn company page, search for employee reviews on sites like Glassdoor, and — if possible — verify their trade licence through the relevant UAE authority. A little due diligence goes a long way in protecting yourself.

6. Job Applications — What Happens After You Hit Submit

When you submit a job application through UAE Job Hub, your personal information — name, email, phone number, CV, and anything else you included — is forwarded directly to the employer who posted that listing. From the moment they receive it, the employer is responsible for how they handle your data. Their own privacy practices and recruitment processes apply from that point forward, not ours. UAE Job Hub is not a party to any employment relationship. We’re a platform that facilitates the connection between you and the employer — nothing more. With that in mind, here’s what we are not liable for:
  • How the employer processes, stores, or uses your application data — Once we’ve forwarded your information, what the employer does with it is governed by their own policies
  • Whether the employer contacts you or not — Many employers receive hundreds of applications and only respond to shortlisted candidates. A lack of response isn’t something we can control or explain.
  • Any offers, terms, or conditions the employer presents to you — Salary, benefits, working hours, probation periods, and contract terms are between you and the employer
  • Any dispute that arises between you and an employer — Whether it’s about a misleading job description, broken promises, or contractual disagreements, UAE Job Hub is not involved in the employer-employee relationship
You are responsible for making sure everything you submit in your application is accurate and honest. Providing false information isn’t just a breach of our Terms of Service — it can also have legal consequences under UAE labour law. For full details on how we handle your application data (storage, retention, your rights), please read our Privacy Policy.

7. Advertising — Our Current Status and Future Plans

Our Plans to Introduce Google AdSense

We intend to apply for Google AdSense in the near future as a way to support the ongoing costs of running this website. Running a free job portal isn’t free for us — hosting, development, content creation, and listing research all cost money. Advertising revenue will help us keep the site running without ever charging job seekers. When ads are activated, here’s exactly what you can expect:
  • All ad units will be clearly labelled as “Advertisement” and will be visually separated from job listings and editorial content. You’ll never have to wonder whether something is an ad or a real listing.
  • Job listings are never paid placements — They appear based on our editorial decisions, not commercial arrangements. This is a fundamental principle of UAE Job Hub, and it will not change when advertising is introduced.
  • Ads will be served by Google, not by us — We don’t control which specific ads appear on our pages. Google’s algorithms determine what to show based on the content of the page and your browsing context.
  • We don’t endorse any advertised product or service — An ad appearing on UAE Job Hub is not a recommendation from us. We have no relationship with the companies whose ads Google places on our site.
  • We’re not responsible for the accuracy of third-party ads — Claims made in advertisements are the responsibility of the advertiser, not UAE Job Hub.

No Pay-to-Rank — Ever

This deserves its own emphasis: employers cannot pay UAE Job Hub to have their listings ranked higher, shown more prominently, or featured ahead of other listings. The order in which listings appear is determined by posting date and relevance — not money. This principle applies now, and it will continue to apply after advertising is introduced. For details on how advertising cookies will work once activated, see Section 6 of our Privacy Policy.

8. External Links — When You Leave Our Website

Some job listings and pages on UAE Job Hub contain links to external websites — most commonly, an employer’s own careers portal or company website where you can learn more about the organisation or submit your application directly. These links are provided purely for your convenience. The moment you click an external link and leave UAE Job Hub, you’re on a different website entirely — one that operates under its own terms and conditions, its own privacy policy, and its own security practices. Here’s what you need to know about external links:
  • We have no control over external content — The content, layout, data collection practices, and security measures of any website outside uaejobhub.com are completely beyond our control
  • We don’t monitor linked sites in real time — A website that was legitimate when we first linked to it could change at any point. Pages get moved, domains get sold, and legitimate URLs can be compromised
  • A link is not an endorsement — Just because we linked to an external site doesn’t mean we’re recommending, vouching for, or endorsing that website in any way
  • Check the URL before entering personal information — Fraudulent websites sometimes use web addresses that closely mimic a legitimate company’s domain. Look carefully at the URL in your browser’s address bar before typing in your email address, uploading your CV, or sharing any personal details
If you follow a link from UAE Job Hub and it takes you somewhere that looks suspicious, broken, or potentially fraudulent, we’d appreciate you reporting it to us at info@uaejobhub.com. We’ll investigate and remove or update the link.

9. Career Advice Content — Helpful but Not Professional Advice

From time to time, UAE Job Hub publishes career advice articles, CV writing tips, interview preparation guides, salary comparison content, and other helpful resources. We write this content because we genuinely want to help job seekers in the UAE succeed — not just find listings, but actually land the right role. That said, all of our advice content is general in nature. It’s written to be broadly useful to job seekers across different industries, experience levels, and circumstances. It does not — and cannot — take your individual situation into account. Nothing in our career advice content should be interpreted as:
  • Legal advice about employment contracts, termination, gratuity calculations, labour disputes, or visa matters. UAE employment law is complex and situation-specific — consult a licensed UAE employment lawyer or contact MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation) for guidance that applies to your circumstances.
  • Financial advice about salary negotiation, tax obligations (even though the UAE has no personal income tax, there may be obligations in your home country), savings, or financial planning
  • A guarantee of career outcomes — Following our advice may help you, but we can’t promise it will lead to a specific result. Every job search is different.
  • An authoritative statement about any specific employer — When we mention industries, sectors, or general employer practices, we’re speaking in broad terms, not making claims about any individual company
For advice specific to your personal situation — especially anything involving UAE employment law, visa eligibility, contract terms, or labour disputes — please consult a qualified professional.

10. Accuracy and Content Updates

We make reasonable, genuine efforts to keep everything on UAE Job Hub accurate and up to date. But the reality of running a content-rich website is that not everything can be refreshed simultaneously. The UAE job market evolves constantly — new roles are created, existing positions are filled, salary benchmarks shift, companies restructure, and regulations change. Here’s what that means in practice:
  • Job listings are added and removed regularly — But there will always be some lag between when a position is filled and when we remove or update the listing
  • Salary guides and career articles reflect conditions at the time of writing — They may not account for recent shifts in market conditions, new UAE labor regulations, or industry-specific changes
  • “Last updated” dates indicate when content was last reviewed or revised. The absence of a date doesn’t necessarily mean the content is outdated — but if accuracy matters for a decision you’re about to make, check primary sources
  • We can’t update every page in real time — We’re a single-administrator platform doing our best to maintain hundreds of listings and pages. Some content may be slightly behind current conditions.
If you spot something that appears outdated, incorrect, or misleading, please contact us at info@uaejobhub.com. We genuinely appreciate corrections — they help us maintain the quality of the site for everyone.

11. Website Availability — When the Site Goes Down

UAE Job Hub is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to keep the site accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — but we don’t and can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Websites go down sometimes. It’s a reality of the internet, not a failure unique to us. The site may be temporarily unavailable due to:
  • Planned maintenance and server updates — We occasionally need to update software, apply security patches, or make infrastructure changes. We try to schedule these during low-traffic hours.
  • Unexpected technical failures — Hardware malfunctions, software bugs, database issues, or hosting provider outages can happen without warning
  • Circumstances completely outside our control — Power outages in our hosting region, undersea cable damage affecting internet infrastructure, DNS propagation issues, or DDoS attacks and other cyberattacks
We are not responsible for any losses, missed job application deadlines, or inconvenience caused by the site being temporarily unavailable. If the site is down at a critical moment and you need to apply for a role with an approaching deadline, try contacting the employer directly using whatever details were provided in the listing — their website, email address, or phone number. When we’re aware of planned downtime, we’ll try to provide advance notice. For unexpected outages, we work to restore service as quickly as possible.

12. Scam and Fraud Warning — Protect Yourself

Employment scams are a genuine problem, and job seekers in the UAE are sometimes targeted — particularly expatriates who are unfamiliar with local recruitment norms. We take this issue seriously. Every listing on our site is reviewed before publishing, and we actively remove suspicious posts the moment we become aware of them.

But no review process is perfect. Sophisticated scammers can create convincing-looking listings that pass initial checks. That’s why we want to arm you with the knowledge to protect yourself.

Red Flags That Should Make You Stop and Think

Warning SignWhat It Usually Means
They ask for money upfront — for “visa processing,” “training materials,” “registration fees,” or any other reasonAlmost certainly a scam. Legitimate employers in the UAE never ask job applicants to pay money as a condition of being hired.
The salary is dramatically above market rate for the role and experience levelA common lure designed to attract desperate or inexperienced job seekers. If it seems too good to be true, research the company independently.
The job description is vague with no company name, no specific responsibilities, and generic requirementsReal employers provide clear descriptions. Vagueness is often deliberate — it lets scammers cast a wider net.
You receive an immediate job offer without any interviewExtremely unusual. Every real employer wants to assess you first — at minimum through a phone or video call. An instant offer should set off alarm bells.
They ask for your passport copy, bank details, or national ID upfrontNo legitimate employer needs these documents at the application stage. These are typically only required after a formal offer has been accepted and the onboarding process begins.
All communication is via personal WhatsApp, Gmail, or Yahoo — no official company emailLegitimate companies communicate through official company email domains (e.g., name@companyname.com). Personal email addresses are a major red flag.
They pressure you to decide or respond immediately — “the offer expires today”This urgency is manufactured to prevent you from doing your own research. A real employer will give you reasonable time to consider an offer.

13. No Professional, Legal, or Financial Advice

We want to be completely clear about this: nothing on UAE Job Hub constitutes professional advice of any kind. This applies across the board:
  • This is not legal advice. When we mention employment contracts, notice periods, end-of-service gratuity, or UAE labour law in our content, we’re providing general information to help you understand the landscape. It’s not a substitute for speaking with a licensed UAE employment lawyer who can advise you based on the specific details of your situation. You can also contact MOHRE for official guidance on UAE labour matters.
  • This is not financial advice. Salary data, compensation benchmarks, and cost-of-living references are informational starting points. They should not be the sole basis for salary negotiations, financial planning, or relocation decisions.
  • This is not immigration advice. Any information about UAE visa types, work permit requirements, or residency rules is general in nature. The UAE immigration system changes regularly. For current, accurate guidance, consult the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) or a licensed immigration consultant.
  • This is not personalised career counselling. Our advice articles are written to be broadly helpful. They can’t account for your personal work history, qualifications, career goals, family situation, or individual circumstances. If you need tailored career guidance, consider working with a professional career coach.
The common thread here is simple: we share information to help you, but we’re not qualified professionals in law, finance, immigration, or career counselling. For decisions that matter — and employment decisions always matter — get advice from someone who is.
