About the Position
We are currently seeking qualified and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our dedicated nursing team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for healthcare professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality patient care in a modern and supportive medical environment.
As a Registered Nurse with our facility, you will play a vital role in patient care delivery, working alongside experienced physicians and healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring the highest standards of nursing care in accordance with international healthcare protocols and UAE health regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical conditions accurately.
- Assist doctors during medical examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries.
- Prepare and maintain patient medical records and documentation in electronic health systems.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions.
- Ensure patient safety and maintain infection control standards at all times.
- Respond promptly to patient calls and address their concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Prepare and sterilize medical equipment and instruments for procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Participate in emergency response procedures and provide critical care when needed.
- Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments and care.
- Administer wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory of medical supplies and medications in assigned areas.
- Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols strictly.
- Participate in continuing education programs and staff training sessions.
- Mentor and guide junior nurses and nursing assistants when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
- Valid nursing license from home country (essential)
- DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license or eligibility to obtain DHA license (mandatory)
- Minimum 2-4 years of clinical nursing experience in hospital or clinic settings
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent knowledge of nursing procedures, protocols, and best practices
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Physical stamina to work long shifts and handle patient care duties
- Valid UAE residence visa or eligibility to work in UAE
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing or specialized nursing certifications
- Previous work experience in UAE healthcare facilities
- DHA license already obtained (highly preferred)
- Specialty certifications in ICU, Emergency, Pediatrics, or Operating Room nursing
- Arabic language skills (spoken and written)
- Experience with international patient populations
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Knowledge of JCI (Joint Commission International) standards
